Download iCal FileJoin this session to learn more about applying to LASURI (Liberal Arts & Sciences Undergraduate Research Initiative) and the professional benefits of pursuing undergraduate research.
The session will:
- Provide an overview of undergraduate research and the research process.
- Explore the value of research for professional growth and development and link to NACE career competencies (presented by Liz Herrera).
- Introduce the NEW LASURI application and provide strategies for preparing quality applications (the application is live on SnAP, and the new questions are listed on the LASURI website: Application Process | College of Liberal Arts and Sciences | University of Illinois Chicago (uic.edu).
